Job description Business Development & Sales • Identify and acquire new clients for 3PL services (warehousing, distribution, transportation, value-added services). • Develop a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and market research. • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations based on client requirements. • Negotiate contracts, commercials, and service agreements to close deals. Client Relationship Management • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and new customers. • Understand client supply chain challenges and propose customized 3PL solutions. • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Market Analysis • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing structures. • Provide insights to management for developing new service offerings and pricing strategies. Coordination & Documentation • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, transport teams for solution design and service execution. • Ensure timely documentation, agreements, SOP creation, and onboarding of new clients. Targets & Reporting • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. • Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and weekly business updates for management.
