Job Title: Academic Manager Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years of experience in academic management or a related leadership role. Role Overview: The Academic Manager will oversee and coordinate the efforts of the Production Team (Trainers) and the Sales Team to ensure seamless operations, business growth, and process excellence. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance academic quality with business targets, driving both educational impact and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership & Coordination • Lead, mentor, and manage trainers to deliver high-quality academic programs. • Supervise the sales team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets. • Foster collaboration between academic and sales functions to align goals. • Business Growth & Strategy • Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business approaches. • Drive initiatives that enhance institutional branding and reputation. • Process Management & Improvement • Establish clear workflows and accountability across teams. • Continuously evaluate and improve training delivery and sales processes. • Implement performance metrics to track progress and ensure efficiency. • Stakeholder Engagement • Act as a bridge between management, trainers, and sales executives. • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining academic excellence and responsive service. • Represent the academy in external forums, partnerships, and collaborations.
