Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Coordinator Hyderabad Fulltime Permanente Role Purpose The Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Coordinator supports the creation and execution of targeted marketing activities for Continent 8’s existing customers and targets. This role works closely with the ABM Manager and account and sales teams to coordinate personalized campaigns, develop tailored assets, and monitor customer engagement. The ABM Coordinator plays a key role in helping drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives across the Continent 8 services ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Campaign Coordination & Execution - Support the planning and delivery of ABM campaigns across digital, email, events, and content channels. - Support with development of content for a busy events roadmap, including landing pages, online forms, pre-and-post communications. - Coordinate the development of account-specific materials such as presentations, one-pagers, case studies, landing pages, and personalized outreach content. - Execute campaign components using marketing automation tools and CRM workflows. Content & Asset Development - Assist in creating tailored content aligned to specific customer needs and opportunities. - Work with internal marketing teams to ensure assets reflect product strengths and account objectives. - Maintain a library of ABM campaign materials. Sales & Account Support - Collaborate with Account teams to deliver marketing materials that support customer conversations. - Update customer engagement plans and coordinate communication schedules. - Participate in meetings to understand customer activity, product adoption, and upsell opportunities. Data, Reporting & Optimization - Ensure data entry is accurate and sanitized. - Track ABM campaign performance and customer engagement metrics. - Prepare regular reports for ABM Manager and account teams. - Suggest campaign improvements based on engagement results and feedback. - Various supporting activities to the team as and when required. Required Qualifications & Experience - 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or customer marketing. - Understanding of basic ABM principles and interest in career growth within ABM. - Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar). - Strong communication, writing, and coordination skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner.
