This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive at our New Delhi office. The Account Executive will manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include nurturing existing accounts, preparing sales proposals, collaborating with internal teams, and monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent CareerBloc’s services and meet organizational objectives. Qualifications • Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and account handling • Ability to prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and strategies • Strong understanding of market trends, lead generation, and sales prospecting techniques • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media marketing • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Prior experience in the chartered industry or sales is a strong advantage
