Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Tiruvallur. As an Account Executive, you will manage client accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, drive sales performance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. You will also handle client queries, identify business opportunities, and prepare reports to assess performance and provide insights for growth. Qualifications • Proven experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Sales • Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Customer Service • Ability to analyze data, provide insights, and create actionable strategies • Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills • Knowledge of relevant industry/market trends is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
