Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Seoni. The Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales of two-wheeler financing products, building and maintaining relationships with clients and dealers, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include promoting financial products, analyzing customer requirements, processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with all banking and financial guidelines. The individual will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications • Sales and relationship management skills: Proven experience in driving sales and building strong business relationships. • Analytical and customer service skills: Ability to analyze financial information and address customer needs effectively. • Communication and negotiation skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders. • Knowledge of financial products: Familiarity with two-wheeler financing and related banking products will be an advantage. • Education and experience: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in banking, financial services, or sales is a plus. • Adaptability and teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
