Experience: 3–8 Years Department: Sales Location: [Bengaluru– Office Based] Work Mode: 5 days from office Shift Timing: 6 PM – 3 AM IST (US time zone alignment) Role Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and a strong background in cloud migration services. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and grow assigned accounts within the USA market. • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in: - Cloud migration & modernization - Infrastructure transformation - Managed cloud services • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from requirement gathering to deal closure. • Collaborate with pre-sales, cloud architects, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions. • Build long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Directors, and decision-makers. • Prepare account plans, revenue forecasts, and pipeline reports. • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract renewals. Required Qualifications: • 3–8 years of experience in account management / IT services sales / technology consulting. • Proven track record in selling cloud solutions / IT services. • Strong understanding of: - M365, Azure, or Google Cloud (any one is fine) - Cloud migration strategies (lift & shift, re-platform, re-architect). • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work in US time zones. • Individual Contributor role.
