Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager based in Guna, allowing flexibility for some remote work. In this role, the Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage client accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing client needs, coordinating rental services, resolving client inquiries effectively, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and supporting the sales team in achieving goals while maintaining a high standard of service delivery. Qualifications • Experience in client relationship management, customer service, and building strong professional relationships • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare equipment industry is a strong advantage • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team • Relevant experience in account management or sales will be highly beneficial
