Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Farrukhabad. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage accounts, and ensure the smooth delivery of services. Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with clients, identifying their needs, preparing performance reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to address clients' concerns and contribute to the overall development of client-focused strategies. Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships. • Experience in account management, customer service, or client relationship management. • Proficiency with organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts effectively. • Basic knowledge of business operations and the ability to contribute to goal setting and target achievement. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide proactive solutions. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools are a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Experience in or knowledge of the educational/coaching industry is advantageous but not necessary.
