About the job About the role We are adding high-performance Account Managers to keep pace with the demand pouring into UAbility as we scale toward our next major milestones. This is not a customer success role. This is a high-pressure, high-impact position where you directly influence whether our clients hit their projections or fall behind. Responsibilities: You will: • Manage a portfolio of roughly forty to fifty active clients. • Lead Weekly Sales Clinics that solve real revenue problems. • Run one-to-one onboarding and coaching sessions and conduct call reviews that actually move numbers. • Train business owners until they are getting qualified leads and closing deals. • Audit funnels, locate revenue leaks, and install the systems that fix them. • Drive upgrades, renewals, and retention through world-class delivery and proactive communication. • Maintain a refund and cancellation rate under one percent and a retention rate of twenty percent or higher. • Collaborate daily with Marketing / Specialist Support, and Fulfillment Leadership. Qualifications: We are looking for people who are: • Sales leaders, Sales trainers, Program / Account Managers and operators who have driven real revenue and led real teams. • Professionals with deep experience in the coaching, consulting, or information industry. • Individuals who are competitive, hungry, and relentless about improvement. • Operators who do not just accept feedback but aggressively pursue it.
