Role Description The Account Manager is responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This full-time role includes managing accounts, identifying client needs, developing strategies to address them, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver results. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring account performance, preparing reports, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders. This is an on-site role based in Bengaluru, India. Qualifications • Strong account management, client relationship management, and business growth capabilities • Proficiency in strategy development, reporting, and performance tracking • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes • Experience in managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices is advantageous • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Previous experience in account management or a similar role is preferred.
