Job Description: Account Manager – C2H (Domestic Staffing) Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – C2H (Domestic Staffing) to manage end-to-end staffing accounts with a balanced focus on 50% client management and 50% delivery ownership. The role demands strong client engagement, team leadership, and revenue growth capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow domestic C2H staffing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships. - Handle client requirements, SLAs, expectations, and escalations effectively. - Drive account growth, rate negotiations, renewals, and C2H conversions. - Lead and mentor the delivery team to ensure timely and quality closures. - Track and review submissions, interviews, offers, closures, and team productivity. - Coordinate onboarding, documentation, compliance, and internal stakeholders. - Monitor hiring trends, market rates, and competitor movement to stay ahead. Required Skills & Experience - 6–18 years of experience in Domestic IT Staffing (C2H). - Proven expertise in client handling, delivery management, and team leadership. - Robust understanding of IT skills, market rates, and hiring trends. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
