Our coaches guide clients through niche targeting, experience mapping, resume optimization, job search strategies, and interview prep - all with clear accountability and measurable progress. Role Overview As an Account Manager Coach, you’ll be the primary point of contact for NxtJob clients, ensuring they stay engaged, supported, and on track throughout their job search journey. This role is equal parts relationship management and accountability coaching—you’re the steady guide who keeps clients moving forward, removes roadblocks, and reinforces the NxtJob process. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the main relationship manager for assigned clients, building trust and rapport from day one. • Hold clients accountable to their milestones within the NxtJob methodology (target niche, research, resume, job search, interview prep). • Track client progress weekly and provide feedback, encouragement, and course-corrections where needed. • Escalate client needs to specialist coaches (e.g., resume, interview) when deeper support is required. • Facilitate regular check-ins (via calls, messages, or email) to ensure clients feel guided, motivated, and not “stuck.” • Act as a consistency anchor—reminding clients of their goals, celebrating small wins, and reinforcing momentum. • Gather client insights/feedback and relay them to NxtJob leadership to continuously improve the program experience. What Success Looks Like • Clients stay active and complete each stage of the NxtJob process without prolonged stalls. • Clients feel heard, supported, and accountable to their commitments. • Pipeline metrics improve (referrals, interviews, offers) because clients stay consistent with actions. • You build long-term trust with clients that leads to referrals and positive testimonials. Ideal Background • Strong client relationship management or coaching background (career services, account management, consulting, or similar). • Skilled in accountability coaching—able to motivate without micromanaging. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic yet firm when needed. • Organized and proactive with tracking progress across multiple clients. • Passion for helping professionals achieve their career goals. • Able to work in a dynamic environment.
