JOB DESCRIPTION Role: Account Manager - Customer Success Type: Full-time About the Role UAbility helps coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs scale their businesses through structured programs and client success systems. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are expanding our leadership team to build scalable, data-driven fulfilment operations that deliver exceptional client outcomes. We’re looking for a high-performing Account Manager – Customer Success to help us keep up with the growing demand at UAbility. This role goes beyond traditional customer success, it’s about driving tangible business results for our clients. You’ll partner with 40–50 businesses, ensuring they achieve measurable growth, client retention, and long-term success. What You’ll Do • Manage a portfolio of 40–50 active clients and guide them toward measurable business outcomes. • Conduct onboarding, support, and performance review sessions to help clients improve sales effectiveness. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to address client challenges and implement growth strategies. • Audit client funnels and identify areas of improvement using UAbility’s proven frameworks. • Drive renewals, retention, and upgrades through proactive engagement and strong relationship management. • Achieve performance goals related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. • Work closely with the Fulfilment and Leadership teams to ensure seamless client experiences. • Participate in periodic team events or offsites (approximately twice a year). What We’re Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) preferred. • 2–6 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Renewals & Retention roles. • Background in edtech, digital marketing, coaching, or consulting (preferred). • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • A proactive, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset. • The ability to think strategically, take ownership, and maintain composure in fast-paced environments. • Immediate availability to start.
