For client assessment rounds, we will coordinate directly with the candidate. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with experience in digital marketing agencies to manage client relationships end-to-end. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and act as a bridge between clients and internal performance teams (SEO & PPC). This role requires strategic thinking, performance analysis, and the ability to clearly communicate digital marketing insights to clients. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders • Lead client meetings, performance reviews, reporting calls, and status updates • Ensure campaigns and deliverables remain on track and aligned with client goals • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with specialists to refine strategy • Educate clients on SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals • Identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities proactively • Maintain high client satisfaction and retention levels • Communicate proactively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Required Experience & Skills: • 3+ years of overall professional experience • 2+ years in Account Management / Client Success / Customer-facing roles • Minimum 1 year experience in a Digital Marketing Agency (SEO/PPC mandatory) • Strong working knowledge of: ✔ Google Analytics (GA4) ✔ Google Ads Reporting ✔ Meta Business Manager Reporting • Ability to analyze campaign performance and KPIs • Confidence discussing strategy and performance with clients • Understanding of SEO and Paid Media fundamentals • Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or Shopify • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred: • Experience with Home Services clients (HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, etc.) • Experience managing multiple accounts in agency environments.
