Account Manager – Internal Communications (2–4 years) Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai Type: Full-time; Work From Office Role Summary We are looking for an Account Manager – Internal Communications who owns client relationships and drives IC projects end-to-end. This role requires someone who thinks holistically about the client’s business and communication objectives, not just individual deliverables. You will manage multiple mid-intensity IC projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure quality and timeliness, and actively contribute to ideas, planning, and execution. Key Responsibilities Client and Account Ownership • Own and manage end-to-end client communication and relationships • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, culture, and communication priorities • Think beyond deliverables to ensure larger project and engagement objectives are met • Anticipate client needs proactively • Build trust through clarity, responsiveness, and consistent delivery excellence Project Management and Delivery • Handle mid-to-high intensity internal communication projects • Scope projects, define timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams • Provide clear, structured briefs to internal teams • Track progress, effort, and dependencies across projects • Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with client delight Quality Control and Reporting • Conduct thorough QC on all outputs before client delivery: • Copy accuracy and alignment with brief • Design consistency, correctness and alignment with brief • Be adept at reporting and basic analysis to track project performance and engagement outcomes Digital, AI and Content Enablement • Be proficient in using AI for: • Presentations • Content development (if and when required) • Design support and ideation • Create and confidently present client decks and reviews • Stay up-to-date with industry and global communication trends Skills And Experience • 2–4 years of experience in account management, project management, or internal/corporate communications • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills • Good planning, coordination, and follow-through abilities • High attention to detail and quality orientation • Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel • Strong interest in digital communication and AI-led efficiency
