About the job
The Account Manager – Life Sciences will be responsible for driving AVEVA’s software business within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sector across India. This role focuses on developing new business while expanding relationships within existing accounts. Primary Responsibilities • Drive new software sales within Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical customers across India. • Manage and grow strategic accounts while expanding AVEVA’s footprint within existing customers. • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets for orders and revenue. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across the territory. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility. • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. • Work closely with solution consultants, product specialists, marketing teams, and partners to progress opportunities and support demand generation initiatives. Knowledge, Skills & Experience • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management. • Proven track record of selling software solutions into Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences organizations. • Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Education • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
