Job Title: Company: V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. Description: Job Position: Account Manager-US Staffing Experience – Minimum 5+ years. Work from Office : Onsite (5- Days working) - WFO only Location: Hyderabad(Madhapur) Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven US Staffing-Account Manager to manage client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee delivery operations within the US staffing division. The ideal candidate should have strong experience handling direct clients/VMS/MSP accounts and ensuring successful fulfillment of IT staffing requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow existing US staffing accounts (Direct Clients/VMS/MSP). - Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalations. - Coordinate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure timely submissions and placements. - Drive revenue growth through account expansion and new requirement acquisition. - Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and submission-to-placement ratios. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in US IT Staffing. - Proven experience managing Direct Clients / VMS / MSP accounts. - Strong understanding of US recruitment lifecycle and staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099). - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Experience working in night shift (US time zones). - Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
