Job Title: Account Manager – US Staffing Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 8 to 14 Years in US Staffing Note: Clients: Need Only someone who has expertise with SI Clients (Implementation Partners). The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate good career stability. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in US Staffing who can manage and grow business from both existing and new clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client relationship management, business development, and the ability to leverage strong connections with client POCs to generate consistent revenue and meet hiring demands. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for account growth. - Generate new business by onboarding new clients through strategic outreach (cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.). - Serve as the primary point of contact for client POCs and build long-term, trusted relationships. - Understand client requirements, hiring needs, and project pipelines to deliver effective staffing solutions. - Track and report on account performance, revenue generation, and growth metrics. - Work closely with senior leadership to align business goals and ensure client satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in US IT Staffing, with at least 3+ years in an account management or client-facing role. - Strong network and existing relationships with client POCs, especially with implementation partners. - Proven ability to bring in new business and manage large accounts effectively. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Deep understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms, and visa classifications. - Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
