Ltd. is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Accountant / Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in accounting software, Indian taxation laws, and export-related GST procedures. Key Responsibilities - Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers. - Handle daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, bank transactions). - Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B). - Manage TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing. - Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). - Generate invoices, debit/credit notes, and expense reports. - Assist in monthly and annual financial closing. - Coordinate with CA for audits, compliance, and statutory filings. - Maintain accurate documentation and financial records. - Handle Export GST Refund process including documentation, LUT filing, refund application filing, and follow-up with authorities. Eligibility Criteria - Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience. - Strong proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime) and MS Excel. - Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. - Hands-on experience in Export GST Refund processing is mandatory. - High level of accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
