We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in direct-to-consumer home products. Our goal is to find a professional accountant to manage our expenses, cash flow, inventory, and profit. This position can be performed remotely with a competitive salary and flexible schedule. Key Responsibilities: • Financial Reports: Deliver daily/weekly/monthly profit & loss reports, ensuring timely and accurate financial data • Cash Flow Forecasts: Create cash flow forecasts to anticipate and prepare for upcoming financial situations • External Company Settlements: Calculate bills and settlement reports from external companies • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including but not limited to, general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable • Sales Tax Management: Track sales tax in the US and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting or a related field • Experience in e-commerce or retail accounting, preferably with knowledge of similar software and systems
