Experience: 2–4 Years Location: Gurugram, Haryana Industry: Renewable Energy / Corporate Office Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing daily accounting operations, GST compliance, TDS filings, and financial reporting. The candidate must be well-versed in accounting software and statutory compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities • Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions. • Prepare and manage sales & purchase entries, invoices, and vouchers. • Handle GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure compliance with tax regulations. • Manage TDS deduction, payment, and return filing. • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly. • Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and expense reports. • Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit and internal audit. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. • Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.Required Qualifications & Skills • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance). • 2–4 years of experience in accounting and taxation. • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance. • Proficiency in Tally, Busy, or similar accounting software. • Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas). • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills • Experience in handling accounts for EPC or construction companies. • Knowledge of payroll processing. • Familiarity with financial reporting and audit documentation.
