The Accountant will be responsible for managing and maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations and company policies. Other responsibilities include budget management, tax preparation, account reconciliation, and providing financial reports to support decision-making. The role also includes monitoring expenditure, conducting audits, and working closely with other team members on financial planning and analysis. Qualifications • Strong skills in financial reporting, accounting principles, and fiscal management • Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as a solid understanding of bookkeeping processes • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for decision-making and strategic planning purposes • Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and reporting • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Experience with tax preparation and compliance is a plus
