Job Description – Accounting Professionals (Multiple Positions) Position Title: Accounting / Finance (Designation will be decided based on experience) Possible Levels: Senior Manager Preferred Joining Timeline: Between End of March – April Future Transfer Possibility (Mandatory): Candidates must be open to future relocation to: Chennai, Pune, Jalgaon, Bangalore (Relocation will be linked to career growth and promotion opportunities) Department Structure: Candidates may be assigned to one of the following teams depending on experience and business requirements: 1. Performance / Business Planning Team - Support factory management and business planning - Work closely with plant heads on financial analysis and strategy - Budget planning and performance tracking 2. Fund / Treasury Team - Fund management and remittance operations - Cash flow planning and monitoring - Banking coordination 3. Accounting Team - Financial accounting - Closing activities - Tax compliance - Inventory accounting - Fixed asset management Key Responsibilities: - Handle accounting and finance operations in a Japanese company environment - Support consolidated financial reporting across multiple group companies - Coordinate with HQ and group companies - Support audits and compliance requirements - Support business planning and management reporting - Cross-functional coordination with factories, finance teams, and management Mandatory Requirements: - min 12 years Experience in accounting at a Japanese company - Experience in consolidated financial reporting for multiple entities - Experience in at least two of the following areas: Financial Accounting, Treasury / Fund Management, Management Accounting - Flexible to work across different accounting functions (job rotation system) - Strong willingness to learn new areas and take on new challenges Preferred Profile: - Experience working in manufacturing or factory environment - Experience communicating with Japanese HQ - Strong adaptability and proactive mindset Important Note: This role follows a job rotation system, and candidates may be assigned to areas different from their past experience. Candidates must have a strong learning mindset and willingness to grow into broader finance roles. Due to the job rotation system, there is a possibility of changes in job responsibilities as well as transfers to other locations based on business needs.
