Accounting Leadership Role We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to oversee our company's financial operations. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial management, compliance, and taxation. Main Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accurate financial records • Prepare and present financial reports, including Balance Sheets and P&L statements • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including GST, TDS, and income tax • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes • Maintain robust accounting systems and internal controls • Oversee the accounts team and facilitate daily operations • Provide financial insights to stakeholders as required. Essential Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in senior accounting roles (10-15 years) • CA or CA-level certification highly desirable • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and statutory requirements • Proficient in accounting software and reporting tools • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
