Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi (On-site) ■ About Us： Green Carbon is a Tokyo-based climate-tech company on a mission to "Save the Earth with the Power of Life." We build nature-based climate solutions such as agriculture, forestry, and biochar, generating high-quality carbon credits across Asia. Our India entity has now been officially established, and we are hiring the founding Accounting Manager for our Delhi office. ■ Role Overview： This is a hands-on accounting leadership role. You will manage daily accounting operations, monthly closing, GST/TDS compliance, and financial reporting to Japan HQ. You will optimize internal workflows and support the stable operations of our newly established India branch. ■ Key Responsibilities： Accounting Compliance: • Daily bookkeeping, AP/AR, vendor payments, reimbursements • Monthly & annual closing, reporting to Japan HQ • GST/TDS compliance and filings • Operation of Tally Prime for all accounting records Financial Operations： • Bank account management and cash flow monitoring • Strengthen internal controls and accounting workflows • Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, and banks Reporting & Budgeting： • Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements • Support budgeting and variance analysis ■ Requirements (Must have) • 3+ years of accounting experience at a Japanese company in India • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, and TDS • Hands-on experience with Tally Prime • Business-level English • Ability to work on-site at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi ■ Preferred Qualifications • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Inter-CA • Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or above) • Experience in a startup or new-entity launch environment ■ Salary (Annual CTC) 15 – 22 Lakhs INR per annum (Negotiable based on experience and skills) Note: Candidates with CA qualification or Japanese language proficiency may be considered for a higher package (up to ≈ 30 LPA). ■ Application (How to Apply) Please apply via our website: https://green-carbon.co.jp/entry/Make sure to include answers to the following screen-in questions: • Have you worked for a Japanese company in India for 3+ years? • Do you have hands-on experience with Tally Prime? • Have you handled GST/TDS compliance? • What is your expected CTC (INR Lakhs)? • Can you commute daily to Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi?
