In this Role, You Will Be Responsible For: • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze accurate financial reports, contributing to the integrity of the general ledger and supporting informed business decisions. • Collaborative Insights: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through comprehensive financial analysis, ensuring alignment and accuracy of financial data. • Month-end Contribution: Participate in the month-end closing process, aiding in the creation of precise financial statements and assisting with variance analysis. • Process Enhancement: Contribute to the improvement of financial reporting procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Requirements for this Role Include: • Educational Qualifications: A Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, Semi-qualified CA or ICWAI, or MBA in Finance. • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical know-how in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and prior experience with any finance ERP system. • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles. • Structured Reporting: Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports while ensuring adherence to established standards. • Analytical Skills: Capability to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Effective collaboration skills to work seamlessly with different teams and ensure accurate financial data alignment. • Month-end Understanding: Familiarity with the month-end closing process and the ability to contribute effectively. • Flexibility: Adaptability to a flexible work schedule, including day, night, and weekend shifts as required.
