Accounting, Reporting and Analysis Manager

About the job

As an experienced Accounting, Reporting and Analysis Manager, you will oversee our financial operations remotely from India. You will manage all aspects of property accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Your deep expertise in property accounting, strategic financial planning, and compliance with US GAAP will drive the company's financial success. • Manage all aspects of property accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP. • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and other senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. Your key responsibilities include: • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all US properties. • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management based on financial analysis and projections.
