Accounting, Reporting and Analysis Manager Oversee financial operations remotely from India as an experienced Accounting, Reporting and Analysis Manager. Manage property accounting, develop financial strategies, ensure compliance with US GAAP, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Key Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of property accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with US GAAP. • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for all US properties. • Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management based on financial analysis and projections. • Monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and ensure the availability of funds for operations and investments. • Oversee treasury functions including banking relationships, loan compliance, and interest rate risk management. • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including federal, state, and local tax laws. • Lead the internal audit process and ensure the integrity of the financial reporting system. • Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.
