Job Title: Accounts Executive Description: The position of Accounts Executive involves managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes across national and international domains. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of international payments and banking processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all national and international accounting transactions with precision and timeliness. - Oversight the opening, closing of accounts & ensure timely reconciliation of financial statements. - Maintain compliance with Indian International Financial regulations tax laws (including Singapore UK UAE etc.). - Support company-wide adherence to financial policies internal controls audit requirements. - Act as point contact for accounting-related audits queries inspections. - Develop implement document accounting policies business processes to strengthen internal controls. - Recommend improvements to accounting systems procedures in line best practices evolving regulatory standards. - Assist implementation optimization accounting software e.g., Tally ERP systems. - Manage currency exchange calculations conversions awareness International Forex Standards. - Prepare balance sheets invoices other financial statements needed. - Manage payroll processing ensure statutory compliance taxation PF guidelines assist GST filing tax obligations applicable required skills knowledge attitudes available below).
