About the job

Responsibilities • E-commerce Accounting • Handle accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho etc. • Reconcile marketplace sales with payment gateway settlements • Verify commissions, logistics charges, refunds & deductions • Manage B2C invoicing & GST compliance • Account for returns, refunds & chargebacks • Reconcile seller portals with books of accounts • Bank & Ledger Management • Monthly bank reconciliation • Payment gateway reconciliation • Ledger scrutiny & discrepancy resolution • Expense verification & petty cash management • Taxation & Compliance • GST data preparation (GSTR-1, 3B reconciliation) • TDS calculation & reconciliation • Coordinate with CA firm for audits & compliance • Support statutory & internal audits • MIS & Reporting • Prepare monthly MIS reports • Revenue reconciliation (Books vs Marketplace) • Support management with financial insights
