Job Description: Accounts & Finance Executive Qualification • B.Com / M.Com (mandatory) Experience • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Accounts and Finance • Strong general accounting experience is required • Manufacturing industry background preferred Skills & Knowledge • Proficiency in Tally (mandatory) • Working knowledge of SAP is an added advantage • Good understanding of accounting principles and factory accounting Roles & Responsibilities • Handling petty cash and maintaining daily cash records • Managing entire factory-related expenses • Recording and monitoring day-to-day accounting transactions • Supporting accounts and finance operations at the factory level • Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal processes Working Hours • Regular working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM • 6 days a week • Work may extend up to 8:00 - 8:30 PM based on business requirements (Willingness to work extended hours is a mandatory condition) Other Benefits • Transport facility available
