Accounts Manager – Brego Business Experience - 5+ Years Budget - 60k Key Responsibilities • Oversee accurate journal & ledger postings, ensuring compliance with accounting standards. • Manage client financial records including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. • Supervise invoice processing, expense reporting, and monthly financial closing. • Review and finalize tax workings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), ensure timely filings & compliance with regulations. • Lead preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports. • Monitor discrepancies, implement controls, and ensure accurate reflection of financial transactions. • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards & tax laws; guide clients on compliance. • Collaborate with leadership to provide insights for decision-making and financial planning. Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Commerce, Banking & Insurance, or Accounting & Finance; CA Intermediate /MBA preferred. • 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a CA firm. • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, tax laws, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting/ERP software. • Excellent analytical, reporting, and leadership skills with strong attention to detail.
