Role Description An AR (Accounts Receivable) Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing outstanding insurance and patient receivables to ensure timely reimbursement. The role focuses on denial management, follow-ups with insurance payers, and maintaining AR within defined TAT. 🎓 Qualifications • Any Graduate • Good knowledge of US medical billing and AR process • Familiarity with EOBs, denials, and insurance follow-ups • Basic computer skills and MS Excel knowledge • Good communication skills (verbal and written) 📌 Roles and Responsibilities • Follow up with insurance companies for unpaid, underpaid, and denied claims • Analyze EOBs and identify denial or rejection reasons • Download medical records from the EHR system to support claim follow-ups, denials, appeals, and audits • Correct, resubmit, and appeal claims as required • Maintain AR aging and ensure claims are worked within defined TAT • Ensure maximum reimbursement with minimal write-offs • Update claim status accurately in the billing system • Coordinate with coding, charge entry, and documentation teams to resolve issues • Meet daily productivity, quality, and compliance targets
