Job Title: Accounts/Audit Manager Experience: 5-7 years (Including 2 years Team Handling) Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase-V, Gurugram || Opposite to Cybercity/CyberHub Work Mode: On-site (No Hybrid/No WFH) Working Days: Monday to Friday Education: Graduate in Commerce/Finance/ CA / CPA / ACCA Vacancies: 4 Position Type: Full-Time Availability: Immediate Joiner Salary: Best in Industry AUDIT MANAGER Key Responsibilities · Manage end-to-end audit assignments for a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (IFRS, UK GAAP, etc.). · Lead planning meetings and risk assessments; develop tailored audit strategies and plans. · Review working papers, audit files, financial statements, and reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. · Ensure timely delivery of audit work, maintaining quality standards within budget and deadlines. · Supervise, train, and mentor audit associates and seniors; provide continuous feedback and performance evaluations. · Act as the main point of contact for clients during engagements; maintain and deepen client relationships. · Support business development efforts by identifying potential opportunities and assisting with proposals. · Keep abreast of regulatory developments, industry trends, and professional standards. · Work closely with other departments (tax, corporate finance, advisory) to deliver integrated services to clients. Key Requirements: · CA/ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified (or equivalent). · Minimum 5–7 years of external audit experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. · Proven experience managing multiple audits and leading teams. · In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, IGAAP, IFRS, and UK GAAP Knowledge will be added Advantage. · Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills. · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). · A proactive mindset with a strong focus on quality and client service. · Experience working within a mid-tier or top-tier accountancy or consulting firm is a plus. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ACCOUNT MANAGER Key Responsibilities • End-to-end accounting support, including: • Financial book closure • Entry rectification and review • Audit support (accounting-related, not statutory auditing) • Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Quality of Earnings (QoE) assignments • Support on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions • Maintain and manage books of accounts using: • QuickBooks • NetSuite • Perform basic accounting activities, including: • Journal entries • Reconciliations • Ledger scrutiny • Cash flow forecasting and financial planning • Preparation of financial statements and management reports • Advanced use of MS Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, and reporting Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting • Good Excel skills, including: • INDEX–MATCH • INDIRECT • Pivot Tables • Data analysis and financial modelling • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and NetSuite • Exposure to financial due diligence and M&A support preferred • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and communication skills Why Join Us? · Be part of a rapidly growing company with global operations. · Collaborate with international teams and gain global exposure. · Work in a culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
