Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Admissions & Sales Manager from the K–12 schooling segment (minimum 5 years experience) to lead student enrollments for our online homeschool. The role involves parent counseling, driving admissions targets, managing the admissions team, strengthening school collaborations, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience from inquiry to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end admissions and enrollment process - Counsel parents on online homeschooling programs - Drive monthly and annual admission targets - Lead and mentor admissions counselors / sales executives - Liaise closely with the Digital Marketing team for lead generation and campaign performance - Recommend and implement required campaign changes to maximize lead quality and conversions - Develop and manage school collaborations for skill development courses and academic partnerships - Track conversions, prepare reports, and monitor admission metrics Requirements: • Min. 5+ years of experience in the K–12 schooling segment • Strong background in admissions, sales, or education/ed-tech • Excellent communication and parent counseling skills • Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets • Experience in online schooling or the education sector is preferred • Strong networking ability for institutional collaborations • Comfortable working from the office, 6 days a week • Available for immediate joining What We Offer? • Leadership role with strong growth opportunity • Purpose-driven education environment • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives 📩 Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV to: • info@theworldecademy.com
