Job Title: Adobe Real-Time CDP Experience: 8-15 Years Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune Job Description We are looking for an experienced Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP) professional to design, implement, and manage unified customer profiles and real-time data activation use cases. The role involves working closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams to enable personalized, data-driven customer experiences. Key Responsibilities • Implement and configure Adobe Real-Time CDP for customer profile unification and activation. • Ingest, map, and manage data from multiple sources using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). • Design and manage Identity Resolution, merge policies, and profile governance. • Create and manage segments for real-time personalization and audience activation. • Integrate RT-CDP with downstream systems such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics. • Enable real-time and batch data activation to marketing and advertising platforms. • Ensure data quality, consent management, and compliance with privacy regulations. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into CDP solutions. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CDP data pipelines and performance. • Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
