Our client is seeking ambitious and bright individuals for an Advanced Apprenticeship program in Data Science & Analytics, based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, IN . This unique opportunity provides hands-on training and real-world experience in a rapidly evolving field. Apprentices will work alongside experienced data scientists and analysts, contributing to meaningful projects and developing critical skills in data manipulation, analysis, machine learning, and visualization. Program Overview: - A structured 12-24 month program designed to cultivate the next generation of data science talent. - Exposure to various stages of the data science lifecycle, from data collection and cleaning to model development and deployment. - On-the-job training combined with mentorship from senior data professionals. - Opportunity to work on diverse projects across different business units, gaining broad exposure. - Formal training sessions covering essential tools and techniques (e.g., Python, R, SQL, machine learning algorithms, data visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI). - Development of problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication of data-driven insights. - Potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship. Key Activities: - Assist in collecting, cleaning, and transforming large datasets from various sources. - Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. - Support the development and implementation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms. - Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. - Contribute to data quality assurance and validation processes. - Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning. - Learn and apply statistical methods and analytical techniques. - Document methodologies, code, and results. Eligibility Criteria: - Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline. - Strong foundational knowledge of statistical concepts and data analysis principles. - Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. - Must be eligible to work in India and willing to be based in or commute to Nagpur, Maharashtra, IN .
