Title: Advisors / Investment Analysts Location: Gurgaon Education: Graduate Experience: 7+ years About the Role: Advisors / Investment Analysts will work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) to support investment advisory delivery. The role focuses on portfolio analytics, research support, proposal preparation, and advisory execution, ensuring high-quality and consistent outcomes for affluent clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. Portfolio Analytics & Reporting: • Prepare portfolio review and performance analysis reports • Create rebalancing recommendations based on client goals and market conditions • Develop investment proposal simulations and scenario analyses 2. Research & Performance Tracking: • Track performance of recommended investment products and portfolios • Identify risks, trends, and investment opportunities • Support ongoing research and data analysis for advisory decisions 3. Client Interaction Support: • Participate in client calls and meetings along with RMs • Provide real-time analytical support during discussions • Assist in responding to client queries related to portfolio performance and recommendations 4. CRM & Advisory Execution: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system • Document investment advice and ensure proper advisory execution and audit readiness • Support compliance and internal governance requirements Requirement: • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel • Prior experience supporting Relationship Managers in a wealth management setup • Good communication skills with structured and logical thinking ability • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data and reports #portfolioanalytics #investmentperformance #wealthadvisory #wealthmanagement
