Hiring: Advisors / Investment Analysts – Wealth Management We are hiring Advisors / Investment Analysts for a technology-enabled financial services firm operating in the wealth and investment advisory space. The firm follows a research-led advisory model and works closely with affluent clients, supported by strong governance and compliance standards. This role works in close partnership with Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure high-quality investment advisory delivery through analytics, research, and structured execution. Role Overview The Advisor / Investment Analyst will support portfolio construction, analytics, and advisory execution. The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and comfort working with data, reports, and client-facing investment material. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Analytics & Reporting • Prepare portfolio review and performance analysis reports • Create rebalancing recommendations aligned to client goals and market conditions • Develop investment proposals, simulations, and scenario analyses Research & Performance Tracking • Track performance of recommended investment products and portfolios • Identify risks, trends, and investment opportunities • Support ongoing research and data analysis for advisory decisions Client Interaction Support • Participate in client meetings and calls along with Relationship Managers • Provide real-time analytical support during discussions • Assist in addressing client queries related to portfolio performance and recommendations CRM & Advisory Execution • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems • Document investment advice to ensure audit readiness • Support compliance, governance, and internal process requirements. Candidate Profile • 7+ years of experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or portfolio analytics • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel • Prior experience supporting Relationship Managers in a wealth management setup • Good communication skills with structured and logical thinking • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data, reports, and analytics.
