Zyrocraft specializes in developing engaging casual games, while Coinflow rewards users through an innovative offer wall app. GamezHub is an HTML5 gaming platform offering in-house developed games integrated with revenue-generating ad placements. Traffhit operates a portfolio of websites in various niches, monetized through ads and targeted advertising campaigns. Additionally, Mobtions manages an affiliate ad network connecting over 5,000 affiliates with advertisers to run successful campaigns. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Affiliate Executive (MBA Freshers/Graduates) at Mobtions. The role involves developing and managing affiliate marketing strategies, onboarding and nurturing relationships with affiliates, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing campaigns to meet business objectives. You will analyze data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports as well as work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve marketing goals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for maintaining successful relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing, digital marketing, and advertising models such as CPM, CPC, and revenue-sharing • Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools or platforms • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage tasks effectively • Problem-solving abilities and aptitude for learning new technologies Educational requirement: • MBA or relevant graduation degree • Previous internship or project experience in digital marketing is a plus • Passion for the digital entertainment and marketing industry.
