Job Title: Agency Development Manager (Life Insurance) Locations: Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Bhopal, Bareliey, Faridabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Chandigarh, Salary: 4.5 LPA + Reimbursements + Incentives Experience Required: 2 to 10 years in Sales Job Role Responsibilities: • Drive life insurance sales targets through effective team management. • Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents on a commission basis. • Monitor and guide agents activity plans to ensure achievement of business goals. • Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents and update the Sales Management System. • Motivate agents for career advancement programs and encourage long-term association with the organization. • Promote the use of Agent Portal CRM for client management and cross-selling opportunities. Candidate Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred). • Education: Graduate in any stream. • Skills Attributes: • Strong networking and understanding of the local market. • Proven sales track record. • Entrepreneurial mindset with commercial acumen. • Result-driven with leadership qualities. • High confidence, maturity, and excellent communication skills. • Stable career background with consistent work history.
