About the job We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Agentic AI Engineer to join our AI innovation team. This role focuses on designing and developing autonomous AI agents that exhibit goal-directed behavior, self-reflection, and adaptive learning capabilities. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, cognitive architectures, and software engineering to build systems that can operate independently in dynamic environments. Experience: 3+ years of experience Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: 30 - 45 days Key Responsibilities:• Design and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.• Develop cognitive architectures that support planning, reasoning, memory, and self-improvement.• Integrate reinforcement learning, large language models (LLMs), and symbolic reasoning to enable complex behaviors.• Build scalable pipelines for training, evaluating, and deploying agentic models.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deploy agentic AI solutions in real-world applications.• Monitor and improve agent performance through continuous learning and feedback loops.• Ensure ethical and safe deployment of autonomous systems, adhering to responsible AI principles. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on autonomous systems or intelligent agents.• Experience with reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, or cognitive architectures.• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI Functions).• Strong understanding of decision theory, planning algorithms, and knowledge representation. Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with real-world deployment of autonomous agents in domains like finance, operations, customer service, or robotics.• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and safety mechanisms for autonomous systems.• Contributions to open-source agentic AI projects or publications in relevant conferences/journals.
