Position Overview We're seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to join our innovative team and help shape the future of real estate analytics through advanced AI systems. In this role, you'll work on developing sophisticated LLM-based solutions that power our platform's predictive analytics, market analysis, and automated insights. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement agentic AI systems using state-of-the-art LLM technologies. • Develop and optimize prompt engineering architectures for real estate analytics. • Create sophisticated context management and memory systems. • Develop Chain of Thought based LLM reasoning algorithms. • Develop pipelines in N8N, Ollama, Dify, Langchain and similar frameworks. • Implement AI agent workflows and automation pipelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our platform. • Contribute to the development of machine learning-based price predictions and market analysis tools. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. • 2+ years of experience in LLM development and 5+ years of experience in software development. • Strong expertise in LLM systems and their practical applications. • Experience in Fine Tuning open source LLM Models. • Proven experience with prompt engineering and chain-of-thought implementations. • Proficiency in Python or Typescript, with LLM frameworks. • Understanding of tools such as Pytorch, CUDA, Ollama, N8N and model fine tuning is a plus. • Solid understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts. • Experience working with vector DBs and vector search. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with real estate analytics or marketing analytics or other analytics domains. • Background in developing production-grade AI systems. • Familiarity with AI agent architecture design. • Knowledge of context and memory system development. • Open-source contributions to AI / ML projects.
