The Opportunity We are looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Engineer to develop and integrate AI agents into enterprise workflows. This role is ideal for engineers who have worked with LLMs and AI applications and are excited to explore multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, and tool integration. You will be working closely with senior engineers and product teams, gaining exposure to advanced agentic AI architectures while building high-impact features. Key Responsibilities AI Agent Development • Build and customize AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen. • Implement context management and tool-using capabilities for AI agents. LLM Integration • Work with OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, or similar LLMs for reasoning and task automation. • Develop basic RAG pipelines with vector databases and API integrations. Collaboration & Delivery • Work with data engineers, platform teams, and product managers to integrate agents into production workflows. • Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance optimization. Continuous Learning • Stay updated with emerging agentic AI tools, orchestration techniques, and safety best practices. • Contribute to internal documentation and playbooks for building AI agents. Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML, back-end engineering, or LLM-based application development. • Proficiency in Python; familiarity with LangChain or similar frameworks is a plus. • Understanding of API integration, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus), and basic knowledge graphs. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.
