Role Overview: You will be a full-time, on-site Agentic AI/ML Engineering Leader based in New Delhi. Your primary focus will be to lead AI/ML initiatives aimed at developing and implementing advanced technological solutions to support legal case management and cybersecurity processes. This role will require you to design, train, and refine AI/ML models, analyze data, enhance digital protection against cyber threats, and collaborate with legal teams to meet technical requirements. In addition, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and contributing to strategic decisions on AI/ML projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design, train, and refine AI/ML models - Analyze data and enhance digital protection against cyber threats - Collaborate cross-functionally with legal teams to meet technical requirements - Lead a team of engineers - Contribute to strategic decisions on AI/ML projects Qualifications: - Proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, predictive modeling, and data analysis - Experience with programming languages like Python, R, or Java, and knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch - Expertise in developing solutions for data security, cybersecurity, and fraud prevention - Strong understanding of natural language processing and its application in legal technology - Leadership experience in managing engineering teams and implementing AI/ML strategies - Ability to work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field - Experience in the legal tech domain or a strong interest in its ethical and functional challenges is a plus
