Agile Product Management Lead Analyst

Role Overview: As an Agile Product Management Lead Analyst at Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, you will play a key role in planning, delivering, and owning product development initiatives. You will have the opportunity to provide thought leadership, work on broader projects, and contribute to the improvement of health solutions for millions of people. Key Responsibilities: - Produce clearly defined requirements and refine them in user story format acceptable to stakeholders and scrum team, resulting in a backlog depth of at least 1.5-2 sprints of ready-to-work stories. - Deliver specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor, supporting the full software lifecycle of design, development, testing, and support for technical delivery. - Own the product development lifecycle of assigned product or capability areas, including status reports. - Understand technology systems and customer journeys impacted by the product/capability area. - Translate business objectives into effective communication strategies and agile implementations. - Participate in daily team standup meetings, giving and receiving updates on the current backlog and challenges. Qualifications: - Experience with Jira, SQL. - Knowledge of agile software development life cycle methodology. - Prior industry experience (Pharmacy, Healthcare, etc.) preferred. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills both verbal and written.
