Protegrity is seeking an Agile Program Manager. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage end-to-end program execution for GenAI-based product releases. • Establish objectives, milestones, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals. • Collaborate with teams across Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Support. • Develop detailed program execution plans covering timelines, resources, risk management, and budgets. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. • Must: PMP and/or PGMP Certification. • 10+ years total experience; 3+ years in program management. Skills: • Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, DevOps principles. • Strong grasp of data encryption and masking techniques.
