• Job Title : AGM - Vessel Operations & Stowage Planning • Location : Mumbai / Chennai, India (On-site) • Salary : INR 45 LPA to 55 LPA Key Requirements : • Season professional in Stowage Planning and Vessel Operations & cost optimization experience from Shipping line organizations only • Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Logistics, or related field. • At least 12+ years of experience in vessel operations, stowage planning, marine operations, handled live vessels and related operational shipping functions. • Person should be willing to travel to Dubai, Singapore & Hong Kong on monthly basis. Key Responsibilities : • Own live vessel operations across services and trades • Oversee and approve stowage plans ensuring vessel stability, safety, DG compliance, and optimal utilization • Coordinate with Masters, terminals, and regional operations for smooth port calls • Manage operational disruptions (delays, congestion, weather, port issues) • Optimize vessel-related costs (port costs, re-handling, restows, bunker impact) • Lead and guide vessel planners and stowage planning teams • Act as escalation point for operational and stowage-related decisions
