Location: Surat, Gujarat (Relocation Required) Experience: 2+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a talented AI Agent Developer with strong experience in building intelligent automation systems and AI-powered agents using modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI solutions that integrate with real-world applications and client systems. Technical Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation workflows. • Build AI-powered systems using LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks. • Integrate AI agents with REST APIs, databases, and external tools. • Develop AI pipelines for data processing, retrieval, and decision-making. • Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures. • Optimize AI agents for performance, accuracy, and scalability. • Monitor, debug, and improve AI agent behavior and responses. • Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications. • Participate in technical discussions with international clients regarding AI solutions. Required Technical Skills • 2+ years of experience in AI development or AI agent development. • Strong programming skills in Python. • Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering. • Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen. • Experience integrating APIs and external services into AI workflows. • Familiarity with vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, or Chroma. • Knowledge of AI architectures like RAG pipelines and embeddings. • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have • Experience with AI automation platforms. • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Experience deploying AI applications into production environments. • Familiarity with Docker or containerized deployments.
